CNIA Pre-Congress Workshop - Sunday, May 12, 2013
IFHIMA is pleased to partner with CNIA (Canadian Nursing Informatics Association) to bring a world-class Congress!
A CNIA pre-congress workshop on "The Science and Practice of Nursing Informatics" is planned on Sunday, from 8:30-16:30. Fee: $100 CAD, plus applicable taxes.

Note to Presenters:
The presenting author of an oral or poster presentation must register and pay their fees by February 28, 2013. Otherwise, the abstract will be removed from the Program. There is no special registration category for presenters. Please register under one of the categories listed above.
Registration fees for delegates and students include delegate bag, access to all sessions, Education Day, exhibit hall, Welcome Reception and daily coffee breaks. Lunch tickets and the Tuesday Social Evening Event tickets are not included in the registration fee but can be purchased separately.
Registration fees for companions include Welcome Reception, Tuesday Social Evening Event, access to exhibit hall, access to the Companion Pavilion for refreshments, and welcome kit. Tours are not included in this registration fee, however are available for purchase. More details will be provided at a later date.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Delegates unable to attend the 17th IFHIMA Congress 2013 will be entitled to a full refund (less 25% for administrative charges), provided that a written request is received by the Conference Secretariat (IS Event Solutions) by March 31, 2013. The organizers regret that refund requests received after this date will not be considered. All approved refunds will be issued after the IFHIMA Congress on or before October 1, 2013.

Q. Can I get a discount?
A. There are no special discounts available for this congress other than the Early-Bird rate, which runs until February 28, 2013.
Q. We are joining the congress as a group. Do you have a group discount?
A. There is no group discount. To benefit from the best rate, we encourage participants to register at the early-bird rate.
Q. I need an invitation letter in order to obtain my visa. How can I get one?
A. Official letters of invitation for Visa applications can be requested from REGISTERED participants who have PAID their registration fees. These letters do not and cannot commit the Organizing Committee to any financial obligation. Should the Visa not be granted to the applicant, the registration fee will be reimbursed upon presentation of document proof of visa denial. Requests for invitation letters must be made in writing to the IFHIMA 2013 Congress Secretariat by email at email@example.com
