We recommend that you reserve your room early since May is a wonderful time of year in Montréal with its many attractions and outdoor events that attract many visitors.

Single or double room:  $229 per night*
*rate guaranteed until April 19; reservations after this date only upon availability and market price

Reservations can be made through the hotel's central reservation system. When making reservations by phone, you must announce your affiliation with the IFHIMA 2013 Congress in order to benefit from the conference rate. The rate cannot be modified at arrival or departure if the delegate did not notify the group name at the point of reservation.

Hotel Cancellation

In order to confirm your room reservation, the hotel will request a deposit by credit card to guarantee your reservation for late arrival. The deposit will be reimbursed if cancellation is made by 4pm hotel local time, two (2) days prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made after this deadline will be charged a one (1) night penalty plus applicable taxes.
